      Two answers a) by God or other creationist being, b) by a massive nuclear explosion, the energy from which made atoms and caused bonds to form between atoms causing molecules and so on and so on until big rocks formed and then the earth. Whether you believe a) caused b) is up to you.

      Well, I don’t think it was created. It probably formed out of lumps of rock spinning around the solar system which clumped together into a bit lump.
