• Question: There is only one dinosaur that still live that survived the extinction can you guess what it is ?

      That’s an unusual question and I’m not sure I know the answer.

      There is a fish called a coelocanth that scientists thought went extinct at the time of the dinosaurs. Then they found one in the sea off the east coast of Africa in 1938. They’ve since found others, so the coelocanth is clearly not extinct.

      The other thing scientists sometimes say is that dinosaurs are still among us, because they didn’t all disappear in the extinction. Some survived and evolved and became – the birds.

      That’s right – most scientists now believe all the birds are descended from dinosaurs.

      Anyway that’s my answer.
