The longest medical term I know is pseudo-pseudo hypoparathyroidism. It’s a hormonal condition. The parathyroid glands are either side of your thyroid gland (in your neck). In hypoparathyroidism the production of the parathyroid hormone goes wrong (hypo = low). In pseudohypoparathyroidism it goes low in a different way (pseudo = false) and bizarrely in pseudo-pseudo-hypoparathyroidism the parathyroid gland works normally but patients have physical features of hypoparathyroidism! More info than you needed? Yep – sorry.

I’m not sure, but magnetoencelphalography is quite a good one.
