      We have liquid in our ears. The correct balance of liquid in the inner ear helps us to keep balanced and prevents us from falling over. Some medical conditions or physical movement like spinning around in a circle can cause the fluid in the inner ear to become imbalanced. When this happens the person becomes disoriented and this causes you to loose balance and become dizzy.
