Our bodies are made up mainly of water. So thats hydrogen and oxygen. The rest of the bodies weight comes from carbon, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.

We also have a little bit of potassium, sulfur, sodium, magnesium, copper, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, fluorine, chlorine, iodine, manganese, cobalt, iron, lithium, strontium, aluminum, silicon, lead, vanadium, arsenic and even bromine.

That is why we need to keep a healthy and balanced diet of food and water, to replenish our bodies supply of nutrients and minerals. They all have a job to do. Calicum for out bones and iron to help our blood transport oxygen!
