Question: When in work, what do you get angry about??

I don’t get angry so much. I get annoyed when the piece of equipment I need is being used by someone else (but then I should have been more organised and booked it earlier). I get annoyed when people think they’re the only one’s that matter and don’t think about how what they do effects the people around them – that’s not just at work though – that’s everywhere!

haha, thanks, i always get angry. Actually, ill make it a question: I get angry a lot, I throw things around and get moody, what is it that is making me do this and can i change it at all? xx

Of course you can change this. You just need to change the way you see things that go wrong. Problem is people get used to the way you react to stuff and then know you’ll ‘erupt’! Over time though they’ll change and see you as the calm, cool person that you really are.
