Question: which charity would you donate the money too and, would you keep some for future experements?

  I would donate it to Farm Africa, who help farmers in East Africa to get the best information on how to get the most out of their farms so that they don’t ever have to go hungry and have enough crops to sell some after they have fed their families. I wouldn’t keep any as there wouldn’t be any point as even if I used all of it for my research it wouldn’t get very much done as research is very expensive, and besides the point of the prize is to use the money to communicate your work, which is what organisations like farm africa will hopefully be able to do when I have developed the bananas plants that are pest resistant.
